Netherlands

• All prices listed on our website already include BTW and shipping costs within Netherlands.
• Typically, orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Rest of EU

• All prices listed on our website already include BTW and shipping costs within EU
• Typically, orders are processed and delivered within 10-12 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking:

• If you’re a registered user on our platform, tracking your order is simple. You can find the ‘Track Order’ section, usually located in the footer of our website.
• Additionally, we’ll send you a notification email within 24 hours of shipping your product.

Order Processing Location:

All orders placed with Mellow are processed at our operational center in Delft, The Netherlands

Delivery Partner:

• Within Netherlands, we rely on well-established courier companies such as PostNL, DHL, among others, to handle the delivery of your orders.

Providing Information:

To ensure an accurate delivery, please make sure to provide a valid mobile number and a complete shipping address, including the pin code and a nearby landmark.

TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped from our Local warehouse are tax included. All standard shipping & back-orders orders & shipping are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs if they require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Mellow Jewellery does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

Package Inspection:

• At the time of delivery, we kindly request you to inspect the packaging. If it appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately.

Combining Orders:

• Regrettably, we are unable to combine multiple orders once they are placed, primarily due to regulatory and compliance reasons. Shipping charges apply separately to each order.

Shipping Terms and Conditions:

Please take note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.
